Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates only and should be used as a general guide.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
- We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $100 AUD.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post and are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding public holidays and peak sale periods).
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped, so you can follow its delivery progress.
Important:
Customers are responsible for monitoring their parcel via the tracking link provided. If you need more information about your parcel’s location, please contact Australia Post directly. Once your order has been dispatched, Surfa Sam is no longer liable for its delivery.
International Shipping
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
- We ship worldwide using Australia Post with tracking.
- Estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days, depending on the destination.
- International shipments outside of Australia are final sale and ineligible for returns and exchanges.
Please note:
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during international shipping. Once your order has shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel. Surfa Sam is not liable for orders once they leave our warehouse.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid at the time of delivery.
- These fees are determined by the customs agency in your country.
- Surfa Sam is not responsible for any customs charges, duties, or taxes.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be issued.
Address & Order Changes
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Surfa Sam is not responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the order or shipping details.
- In some cases, part deliveries may be necessary. We’ll notify you using the contact information you provide at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange for our Domestic customers (Australia) under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original, resaleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Items
- International orders – Final sale. No returns or exchanges.
- Sale or discounted items – Final sale.
- Socks – Cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Pre-orders – Final sale and non-refundable.
Return Process (Within Australia)
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, we recommend including a self-addressed, pre-paid Australia Post satchel with your return to speed up the exchange process.
- All returned items will be inspected before approval. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your exchange once we receive your return.
Packaging Your Return
- Ensure your items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Surfa Sam is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
- Include a printout of your original order confirmation email and clearly write your request on the back.
